As each necklace is made to order, production begins once your order and personalisation details have been received and accepted. If you are ordering for a birthday, celebration or gift, we recommend allowing enough time in advance.

To help preserve the finish of your necklace:

• Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions and cleaning products
• Remove before swimming, showering or bathing
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing
• Store in the supplied pouch when not in use

Stainless steel is well suited to regular wear, but good care will help keep your necklace looking its best for longer.

As this necklace is made specifically to your chosen personalisation, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives faulty, damaged, misdescribed or made differently from the details submitted with your order.
